1. The tires on the vehicle will be replaced when there are two adjacent treads with less than 2/32 inch tread at any point as determined by an inspection performed by Kelly Chrysler Jeep Dodge West. 

2. Purchaser will adhere to all necessary maintenance schedules for the vehicles as recommended by the manufacturer or Kelly Chrysler Jeep Dodge West, including but not limited to, regular wheel alignment, balancing, and tire rotation.

3. All of the maintenance work described above must have been performed by Kelly Chrysler Jeep Dodge West.

4. This tire replacement offer does not cover replacement of tires damaged by collision, road hazard, vandalism, theft, or over inflation/under-inflation.

5. Any replacement tire that is excluded under the provisions of paragraph four(4) above, but is purchased from Kelly Chrysler Jeep Dodge West, will be eligible for replacement under the terms of this offer.

6. Kelly Chrysler Jeep Dodge West will replace the qualifying tire(s) with an identical make and model of tire. If an identical tire is no longer available, the replacement tire will be of comparable quality and wear rating.

7. This offer applies only to the replacement of the tires on the vehicle purchased and does not apply to snow tires or any other tires purchased after the original purchase of the vehicle.

8. The offer is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the vehicle.

9. This offer does not apply if any manufacturer's warranty or other replacement or road hazard warranty is in effect for the tire or if the tire is subject to recall by the manufacturer. In that event, Kelly Chrysler Jeep Dodge West will have no obligation to replace the tire but will provide reasonable assistance to the purchaser in dealing with the manufacturer on any warranty or recall.

 10. Exclusions to the tires for life program includes all SR-T models, all wranglers, and any specialty vehicles, or vehicles that have over-sized tires as standard equipment.
